The Hope Clinic of Pike County is a free clinic for the uninsured residents of the surrounding community of Pike County, Ohio.  Our county is a medically under-served community, which means there aren’t enough doctors to provide medical care for the people who live here. As Christians who understand this need, we desire to live out the Gospel of Christ by working to meet the healthcare needs in our community.

If you’re interested in getting involved with this endeavor, please click on the ‘Volunteer’ link, and fill out and submit the form.

“Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”   (Phil 2:4)

We'd like to make known a clarification, along with sharing a few needs for the Hope Clinic of Pike County.

1) While the Pike County Public Health Department Clinic is currently not operating, this DOES NOT affect the Hope Clinic of Pike County, which is still open every Tuesday evening, from 6-8 PM. There has been some confusion about this, so we wanted to clear things up. Again, the Hope Clinic is still open every Tuesday evening.

2) We're currently in need of volunteers for the following areas:

PHARMACY - We need a pharmacist who can be on-site to sign off on prescription voucher forms.

TECH - We're in need of someone who can help setup/take down the computers each week, along with doing some document scanning and very basic troubleshooting, as needs arise.

SOCIAL SERVICES - Someone who can meet with patients as needed to discuss available service opportunities.

If anyone is interested in volunteering for either of these areas, please call our executive director, Linda Rigsby, at 740-222-4323.

3) Also, we're needing volunteers to provide meals for staff and take-home bags for patients for the coming weeks/months. If you or your church or civic group are interested, again, please call Linda Rigsby at 740-222-4323, and she'll get the info passed on to our hospitality coordinator.

Thanks so much!
